A Stopover in Berlin

There's just something about Berlin that resonates with me.

Back in 2014, I spent a week wandering the streets of the German capital as a volunteer for the wonderful (and sadly now defunct) Berlin Music Week.

Berlin was the first stop on my 2014 solo backpacking trip... and also the destination where I somehow managed to miss not one, but TWO flights. It's a long story. I was more to blame that I wish, and it was a tough lesson to learn.

The city has a lot significance to me, and it was a treat to revisit.

This was a quick, stopover visit, that was unfortunately victim of jetlag... but I'm glad I had the chance to revisit some of my favourite spots with my camera.
