I finally took some time to rest my legs while watching the sun set at Cijin Beach.
Realization: in the past 4 days, I've been four different cities:
Angeles, Philippines
Hong Kong
Taichung, Taiwan
Kaohsiung, Taiwan
The jetlag & fatigue is starting to catch up with me, as is the pollution in the air... apparently this whippersnapper's energy reserves aren't quite what they used to be!
It's off season for tourists right now, so I have the entire hostel room to myself. It'll be nice to have a peaceful, and quiet night's rest.
